Techno pathogenic effect - a set of factors and processes that have any kind of negative effect or impact on living organisms resulting from scientific and technological progress of mankind. Listing all techno pathogenic factors (too many of them and they are well known) is not the purpose of this article. Pay attention to one of the factors that has received the most widespread and continues its "victorious" march. This factor in the development of mobile communication, as mobile phone is an indispensable attribute of modern humans, with few exceptions. In recent years, the electromagnetic spectrum in which we live, has grown considerably due to the rapid proliferation of networks of basic mobile communication antennas. In our work we focus on the part of our accumulated material on the subject, illustrate a further impact of base stations of mobile phones on a living through the geodynamic zones and geopathogenic zones of the Earth. The risk for human and animal health are natural geopathogenic zones (GPZ) related to the geodynamic structure of the crust and its essential elements - fault zones. Geopathogenic zone - are sections of the earth's surface in open areas, and within buildings, long stay in them makes a biological cause discomfort and ill health and even death of people and animals. It was determined by studies conducted in Ukraine and France, that the installation of masts base stations and wind turbines at the intersection of the fault zones, which is a natural migration of groundwater, or geopathogenic zone, causes the appearance of artificial radiation of these zones and the spread of radiation occurs along areas faults or discontinuities along the axial in the soil. There are additional factors that affect the health of their people. This WiFi, cordless phones and other domestic sources of electromagnetic radiation and the torsion. The same impact on the environment and provide wind turbines. Constant exposure to natural and artificial torsion fields can cause changes in behavior, the state of aggression or depression (sometimes to the point of suicide), constant fatigue, sleep problems, partial loss of memory, problems with concentration, stress. In order to eliminate the negative impact on the living of electronic equipment a number of devices has been developed. The device Vernada- Geo - neutralizes the effect of radiation Wi-Fi router, router, wireless networks, as well as geopathogenic zones in flats, offices and other premises, thus protecting humans from harmful effects of iradiation. The device must be switched on the electricity network. The device uses a "phase" wire network. The device carries out an inversion of the left torsion field to the right torsion field that leads to the formation of a new right torsion field, a reaction to this event will be a substantial reduction in the level of radiation Wi-Fi and geopathic zones in the territory, which is connected to said phase wire . Vernada-Geo device is also used on farms to protect the animals from the negative effects of torsion fields. It becomes a real creation of technical systems in which electromagnetic fields and torsion component of its structural organization will integrate harmoniously with the natural systems. It is necessary to pay much attention to theoretical issues of influence of torsion fields on the human body and alive, and biomedical research, one of the main areas of the study of torsion fields must be brought to a new level.

Unstable angina and space weather Parshina S S 1, Afanas’yeva T N 1, Samsonov S N 2, Tokayeva L K 1, Dolgova E M ¹ ¹Saratov State Medical University, Russia ²Russian Academy of Sciences, Russia Abstract In 145 patients with unstable angina (UA) there was analized an efficiency of a drug therapy at different types of heliogeophysical activity (HA) during the 23th solar cycle. 83 patients were examined at the period of a lower HA (Kp-index 16,19±0,18), and 63 patients – at the period of a higher HA (Kp-index 17,25±0,21, p<0,05). Baseline severity of patients’ condition with UA at the moment of hospitalization at the studied periods did not differ, but the effectiveness of the therapy depended on the period of HA. At the period of a higher HA antianginal effect was stronger then at the lower period of HA (2,27±0,16 points and 1,75±0,12 points, p<0,05), and the need in nitroglycerin on the background of a drug therapy disappeared for 5-7 days quicker then at the period of a lower HA. Maximal hypotensive effect at a higher HA was achieved quicker – on the 3rd day of the treatment, and at a lower HA – only up to hospital discharge (p<0,05). Blood viscosity did not normalize in both of the studied periods, but in small vessels there was noted a decrease of a BV (p<0,05). So, at a higher HA the effectiveness of a drug therapy in patients with UA is higher than at the period of a lower HA.

Semova Ekaterina has completed Master of environmental science from Russian St. Hydrometeorological University (RSHU), St. Petersburg. She is researcher in the field biometeorology, human ecology and medical geography, she is of success in scientific research and has received some grants and awards. She participated in regional and international conferences and has published more than 10 papers in scientific journals.

The scenarios of climate change created by the Coupled Model Intercomparison Project Phase 5 (CMIP5) during 2011-2060 evidence average annual temperature in some regions of Russia will increase by 1,6 °C - 7 °C. The main risks for human health are connected with change of frequency and intensity of heat waves, spread of the southern infectious diseases in northern latitudes, emergence of earlier uncharacteristic natural and focal diseases and zoonosis. Development of effective measures for easing adaptations to climate change, demands medico-geographical approaches, creation of new biometeorological models, introduction of system of medical weather forecasts. The purpose of work is the assessment of bioclimatic capacity of the Russian Northwest region at scenarios of climate change of RCP2.6, RCP4.5 and RCP8.5 during 2011-2060. Research includes: biometeorological monitoring (creation of a multiparametrical database, calculation of the main biometeorological indexes), modelling of change of biometeorology conditions on the basis of results of the CMIP5 model during 2011-2060, assessment interseasonal acclimatization by using the mathematical model created by V.A. Matiukhin. Results of research will be applied to creation of medico-geographical electronic cards and recommendations about mitigation of adaptation of the population to climate change.

With many years of studying the effect of environmental factors on the health of the population we have shown that the most powerful and high-speed factor affecting the state of health is the "rigidity climate" indicator of the rate of change especially the average daily air temperature and the rate of change of atmospheric pressure. So in "unfavorable days of fast changes daily average temperature" absolute figures the average daily mortality in Novosibirsk increased from 45 - 56 to 70 - 98 per day, and site visits ambulance crews to 1200 times per day up to 1900-2700 times [ 1-16]. "The environmental burden of disease" under the pressure of adverse environmental factors (polluted air, noise, increased level of electromagnetic and radiation load, poor quality of drinking water and food quality, speed changes in temperature and atmospheric pressure, geomagnetic disturbances) affecting the population of Siberia, is an additional reason increased mortality. Price "of the environmental pressure" - an increased risk of premature mortality [1-16]. One of the main preventive measures to address the demographic and health problems and improve the quality of life of the population in many developed countries was a significant increase in per capita spending on health, the environment, medical research, innovations in diagnostics, treatment and prevention of diseases. Much attention is paid to prevention programs of healthy lifestyles, the fashion for good health, the policy of economic and social interest in health promotion, resulting in many developed countries have managed to reduce the mortality and life expectancy has become a much higher [12-15].

As a model of random DNA mutations we used the process of number appearance in the all-Russian experiment “gosloto 5 of 36” (State lottery); as a measure of human intelligence - the rate of matched numbers in this experiment. The subject was a man, born on 08.12.53. By his epigenetic origin he was an "optimal" [Kutmin A.I., 2006]. The experiment took the period from 29.01.13 to 30.03.15. Every day a few hours before the lottery drawing the subject, sitting relaxed, had a guessing session trying to predict the lottery numbers. The sessions took place in Tomsk city (Russia). Time of the lottery draw was11.56 a.m. Moscow time, or 2.56 p.m. Tomsk (local) time. At the beginning of each session the subject was doing breathing exercises during 9 minuted with the frequency of 0.250 Hz, which was followed by the guessing of 5 numbers. Breathing rate of 0.250 Hz was paced by a metronome. Such respiratory rate corresponds to the node of the major resonance [H. Müller, 1984]. That is why this "portal" of information journey to the future has got its conditional name “major spectrum node of proton resonance frequency” or the “Portal sites”. 2. The results. The annual dynamics of the guessing sessions results concerning “gosloto 5 of 36” for the period from 01.02.13 to 27.03.15 have been reported. The dynamics of year 2013 and year 2014 are very similar. If more narrow 1-5 fragments are considered, they are in some cases absolutely identical. Taking into account a floating phase shifting, the correlation coefficient approaches to 1 and the significance of positive correlations in individual fragments goes beyond the limiting accuracy of the STATICA computer program. 3. Discussion. If supposedly random processes are repeated periodically, it means they are not accidental. Firstly, the appearance of numbers is not accidental. Secondly, brain activity associated with the number prediction is not accidental. Only when these two conditions coincide, the coincidence of the annual dynamics is possible. And, finally, the very fact of annual repetition of the annual dynamics evidences directing impact of solar weather and, in particular, of the distance from the Sun on these processes. We have initiated the study of patterns and conducting mechanisms in different "portals" of time and space. 4. Conclusions. 1. In our Universe random micro-processes such as numbers appearing in state lotteries or, as one can logically assume, DNA MUTATIONS are NOT ACCIDENTAL. 2. Futuristic brain capacity (intelligence) in the mode of breathing with a frequency of the major resonance node, changes significantly from time to time. 3. Both factors (random processes and futuristic brain capacity) depend, as evidenced by the repetition of the annual dynamics, on SPACE WEATHER.

She is Chairman of the Commission of medical geography of the Russian Geographical Society, a member of the International Society of Biometeorology (ISB), renowned expert in the field of applied climatology, biometeorology, human ecology and space weather. She actively participates in scientific activities in Russia and the world and she of success in scientific research and has received some grants and awards.

The relevance of the topic: in the scientific and medical community continues to shape the understanding that human health depends on environmental parameters: atmospheric pressure, geomagnetic conditions, the effects of solar flares and solar radiation ( "solar wind" ). Сardiovascular system is most sensitive to these factors. The mortality from cardiovascular diseases ranks first in the total mortality, and the study of the influence of Helio-geophysical factors on this system is very elevant. Study design Among the methods to assess such effects was highlighted a few: The speed of the pulse wave and endothelial function with hypoxic test were made on the device "Tonocard" (Moscow) • Cardiointervalography with calculation of the tension of the sympathetic and parasympathetic systems, expressed in indexes Baevsky. • Original author's interpretation of cardiointervalogram as a sequence of notes, reflecting the musical frequency score, a special "music of the heart" , recorded on diagnostic and treatment complex "Veda-pulse" ("Biokvant,Ltd, Novosibirsk, Russia). In «music of the heart» was analyzed, the ratio of consonant and dissonant notes.In a series of tests on volunteers was analyzed the influence of drinking water processed image, and glasses with embedded hologram ( patent of the Russian Federation, № 2239860, holders ISRICA and Holoart, Ltd), modification of ISRICA named after academician V.P. Kaznacheev together with Ltd "E max"), having helioprotectors properties on the performance of the cardiovascular and the autonomic nervous systems, as well as the dependence of light-water holographic effects of Helio-physical factors. Results, conclusion 1.Heliophysical factors have a significant impact on the work of the most important regulatory cardiovascular and autonomic nervous systems. In tests with the holographic processed water effect on endothelial function was particularly pronounced and significant 2. The speed of the pulse wave, endothelial function and cardio-intervalography are sensitive indicators of Helio-biofunctional conjugation. 3. Promising but as yet little-studied, is the integral method of frequency-resonance estimates of spectral-wave characteristics of the Sun and the human Heart, the method of analysis of so- called"music of the heart" , when changing light-fotogalerijas test actions.

ICRAC (Individual Chrono-Resonant Analogous Carrier; patent RF № 2239860) is a new bioinformational instrument giving potentially a great possibility for increase of a living status as well as for decrease of an aging rate. This reflective hologram contains the physiologically important information about the solar wave-corpuscular streams intensity during 22 years in «the reverse evolvent» (from 2012 to 1990 years). Additionally, the hologram contains the heroprotective information that had been translated from some substances of plant, animal and mineral origin. In the present study the influence of the light reflected from ICRAC on a water solution of DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) to value the possible physical (light holographic) impact on properties of its components (namely, DNA and water molecules), was investigated. Moreover, this 90 minutes light holographic exposition was done under the specific conditions, namely, in so-called the horizontal Kozyrev's mirrors («Device for correction a human biophysics field», patent RF № 2141357). For the experiments, a human genomic DNA was previously extracted from leucocytes of a healthy donor. To value roughly the physical impact on the water solutions of DNA, a detection of the DNA concentration by Q PCR (qualitative polymerase chain reaction) had been chosen. Q-PCR was done in less than 60 minutes after the light holographic exposition, and this method implied the qualitative analysis of repetitive DNA elements (namely, α SAT and LINE1) which are widespread in a human genome. After the expositions and before the Q-PCR, the plastic tubes with solutions were kept in an aluminum foil. The light-holographic exposition with the subsequent Q PCR analysis were repeated three times; in each repeat, the 8–10 tubes, containing the experimental samples, were used. Additionally, in the research, there was twice repeated experiment under similar conditions, but with use of the solutions of the specific DNA, that was previously obtained by reverse transcription of a human small non-coding RNA (ribonucleic acid), namely, «miR-16»; obtained in such a way the specific DNA sequence is present in living organisms in very small amount or quite absence. Besides, in both cases the use of the same amount of control samples, undergoing an usual daylight, was stipulated by the experiment design. It was shown, that under the influence of ICRAC, the detectable DNA concentration in the water solution was increased on an average 1,7-fold and 3,0-fold (p-value < 0,05) for the sequences α-SAT and LINE1, respectively. In fact, this DNA concentration changes were precisely detectable, because from the experiments, it was impossible to deduce there were either real changes of the amount of DNA or were specific changes of water clusters due the external modulated electromagnetic fields; third possible mechanism could be related to the changes of DNA conformation resulting in the increase of the efficiency of Q PCR on the first stages of the DNA amplification. The observed phenomenon is in agreement with the experimental data that was published by famous scientist Luc Montagnier. L. Montagnier et. al. had detected DNA, using PCR method, in the pure water after the specific electromagnetic field influences; they also had tried to interpret the phenomenon in the framework of quantum field theory [1]. Interestingly, significant DNA concentrations changes in the case of the solutions of the specific DNA were not observed. It confirms that the effect of DNA concentration increase is caused by formation of real (or water) DNA copies by the external influence (i.e., from ICRAC), but not by the internal influence (i.e., from DNA molecules presented in the solution). Anyhow, the additional experimental work is needed to understand the precise mechanisms of biological effects of ICRAC and similar bioinformational instruments based on holographic technologies.

Growth of cardio-vascular pathology and its strong association with hemorheological and hemostatic disturbances makes it relevant to study the influence of these factors on the rheological and hemostatic properties of blood in normal and in cardiovascular diseases. In modern conditions of climate change the weakened geomagnetic field becomes a new biotropic ecological factor, having a great influence on human cardio-vascular system. Objective: to study the dependence of some rheological and hemostatic parameters of blood in patients with hypertension from the dynamics of cosmic and heliogeophysical factors under modeled hypogeomagnetic space. Rheological and hemostatic properties of the blood were studied (in vitro) in patients aged 35-65 years with hypertension (AH) (n=180). The group of comparison was formed from patients without arterial hypertension, matched by age and sex (n=60). Viscosity of the total blood, ADP-induced platelet aggregation and erythrocyte rate were determined at 30-minute exposure of the blood in background conditions and in the weakened geomagnetic field. For modeling hypogeomagnetic environment, hypogeomagnetic installation (GHMI) design by YA Zaitsev, attenuating the induction of the magnetic field of the Earth more than 500 times, was used. Cosmic and heliogeophysical factors were evaluated by data of operating monitoring of cosmogeophysical environment from satellite GOES (NASA, USA). Data on heliogeophysical situation in early ontogenesis were obtained with the use of computer program “Helios”. When exposure of the blood in GNMI 61.5% of patients of the main group had a reduction in blood viscosity; 34.6% - an increase and in 3.9% of the patients the viscosity of the blood has not changed, that is, reduction of the blood viscosity with the weakening of the geomagnetic field was found in almost 2 times more often. The significant (p<0.05) differences in average indices of the blood viscosity in patients with AH in background geomagnetic environment (8.50 ± 0.27cP) and in conditions of the geomagnetic shielding (8.08 ± 0.21sP) were determined. Statistically significant (p <0.05) decrease in the blood viscosity in GHMI was found in hypertensive patients with high geomagnetic background and high solar activity during early ontogenesis. At 30-minute exposure of the blood samples the ADP-induced platelet aggregation was also significantly (p<0.05) reduced. At geomagnetic shielding occurred change in the character of correlations between hemostatic and rheological parameters of the blood with cosmo-heliogeophysical environment, the weakening of correlations between blood viscosity, as well as ADP-induced platelet aggregation with the solar activity and the intensity of the proton component of cosmic rays. The findings deepen the fundamental understanding of the solar-biosphere relations and represent the major mechanisms of biotropic action of poorly known environmental factor in the modern megapolices - hypogeomagnetic field associated with the organism’s reaction at the level of circulatory bed.

One must not to forget that Earth Science is subordinated to investigated facts and accessible verity of their comprehension. It is obvious that naturalists are free in their attempts to study states of Nature which is deeply honored by them, and therefore we respectfully decline advices and recommendations suggested us by political, religious and economic control structures. Otherwise (by enslavement of cognitive process to “her Majesty – PROFIT”) we lose the right to express results of exploration of never lying and not ingratiating herself Nature. Yes, we announce with glaring incompleteness and rather poor accuracy, but we will be grateful to everyone who will extend and clarify these information. It is not our fault that following outline of information for many people can sound for the first time, scaring and discouraging… Nevertheless: First – right now our Solar system (and implanted in it our planet Earth) is in condition of Grand Transition, that is in condition of change of spatio-temporal coordinates (location) inside the Solar system. Staying in three-dimensional world (in the world of material bodies, systems and regularities) by means of cosmophysical and planetophysical processes the Earth is self-transforming. Audial environment, with the most important components being speech, singing and music, is an essential part of human habitat. Both talking and active perception of speech, as well as musical and poetic creative processes, are inseparable from complex muscle activity of vocal apparatus and current psychophysiological status of individual. Also, dominating frequencies of single sounds of speech are reflected in individual's brain biorhythms, psychophysiological status and behavior. Earlier, we have detected synergetic changes in speech perception indices and geocosmic weather indices, including time of day [Volchek O.D., 2013, 2014]. The purpose of this study was to research occurence of phonemes in poetic speech in relation to geocosmic conditions. The following data was engaged in the study: 1) lyrics for vocal miniatures - songs and romances, 2) poems by G.Ya.Gorbovskiy, 3) poems from the digital version of the magazine Noviy Mir, with known dates of composition. To calculate frequencies of occurance of each sound, we used the computer software Euphony developed by K.D.Mikheev. The received numbers were juxtaposed with yearly average values for the indices IMF (interplanetary magnetic field), W (Wolf's number), Dst (geomagnetic activity), Kp (geomagnetic disturbance), NC (neutron current), ERR (Earth's rotation rate), temperature and precipitation in St Petersburg, Russia. By now we have studied 3027 lyrics written in 1934-1989, 2460 poems by Gorbovskiy from 1954-2001 and 740 poems from Noviy Mir composed in 1989-2013. Multi-year variations of occurence were revealed for each sounds in all three abovementioned sources of texts. The extreme values were significantly and reliably different, with Fisher's criterion at p<0,001. The analysis of correlations between a range of periods detected multiple persistent correspondences at p≤0,05-0,001. Patterns of correlations were different for lyrics and poems. Ranking of most influential geocosmic indices also varied depending on certain period and combination of environmental conditions. For the lyrics composed in 1934-1989 the major leading factors were ERR, IMF and precipitation: 17, 14 and 16 correlations, respectively, at p<0,05-0,001. Particularly, 8 ERR correlations were detected at p<0,001. Correlations were detected for most sounds but for some of them number of correlations was between 3 and 7. Apparently, environmental conditions influence psychophysiological status of poets and thus affect production of speech sounds. The findings conform with our previously obtained results [Volchek O.D., 2006, 2013] and are supported with conclusions by modern researchers [Gorshkov E.S. et al., 2015; Vladimirskiy B.M. et al., 2004; Schnoll S.E., 2009, Sidorenkov N.S., 2014]. Global changes in the natural environment and changing climate, like those that we are experiencing nowadays, were one of the reasons for humans to evolve [Demenokal P. 2014]. They are supposedly one of the factors in evolution and development of language. As we see, creating pieces of poetry and music is inseparably associated with natural environmental conditions, and poets and composers are taking it into consideration, both subconsciously and consciously. As a consequence, perception of music and its effect, as well as suggestive potential of speech, are influenced by current environmental conditions and are more evident in case of live performance.

Discussion If it can see from Tables 1 and 2 in all cases the influence of both type of holograms brings to increasing of the peak of activity ∆ƒI and respectively to increasing of the biological activity of water. The effect is stronger for reflexive holograms. For the transparent one we received for short and long expose time decreasing of the average bond energy between water molecules. For the reflexive holograms at expose time 50 min. we have increasing of the average bond energy, but at 270 min. expose time we received decreasing of latter. For the transparent one we received for short and long expose times decreasing of the average bond energy. The coefficient of linear correlation R(ƒX,∆ƒ) for all cases exept for reflexive holograms at short expose time is not reliable. Very big reliability but have the coefficients of linear correlation R(∆ƒ1,∆ƒ4) and R(∆ƒ2,∆ƒ3) in spite of the fact that holograms 1 and 4 and respectively 2 and 3 are different. We suppose that one of the possible reasons is the coherence of the laser beam, which is divided by double prism in two beams – in direction of the initial beam and in perpendicular on. In conclusion we can state that the method of water energy spectrum give very useful information about the influence of holographic image on the water structure.

In such conditions, consistency of the inner environment of a person can only be dynamic. Homeostasis is supported by means of the stress of adaptation functions. In case a pre-morbid condition has been formed in the body, a failure of adaptation is possible during stress. It is possible to follow the condition and peculiarities of the organism by observing the speed of response reactions on the influence of the natural stress factor. It is possible to evaluate the functional condition of the vegetative nervous system by HRV method (analysis of the heart rate variability with the help of mathematical evaluation of the heart cycle duration, which allows determining the extracardiac influences on the heart rhythm by using VedaPulse HSC), which includes evaluation of the conditions preceding the disease. HRV method is recommended by the European Society of Cardiology and North-American Society of Pacing and Electrophysiology (1996), as well as the Board on Clinical-diagnostic Devices and Apparatus of the Committee on New Medical Equipment of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation (2000). The strengthening of solar corpuscular flux reaching the biosphere when despite the weakening of the Earth magnitosphere's buffer properties is one of the most pressing issues in modern science. The main goal of this research is to study the mechanics of slowing down the aging process and decreasing the human body's functional dependence on malicious heliophysical factors by applying modern light- and water-holographic protection. Our attention was especially focused on various applications of water as a universal helioprotective tool. In July 2014 we tested the Stop Time Project in Golden Sands, Bulgaria, with the help of G. Veselinova and her colleagues from Varna, Bulgaria. A technological therapeutic complex, Stop Time was developed by ISRICA to be used as a means to slow down the aging process without any (intrusive) medication. Over a course of 7 days the 36 participants of the program tested several helioprotective devices: holographic drinking water Altin Suu-2, made in Gorno-Altaysk, Russia; balneotherapy at swimming pools filled with heliographic water; helioprotective eyewear; milk from animals that had been given helioprotective water. We used the modern, highly accurate diagnostic tools, like Tonocard to determine the speed with which the pulse wave propagates in the cardiovascular system as well as assess the endothelial function of the said system. We also assessed the hand-eye reactions dynamics and flicker light critical fusion frequency with the use of NS-Psychotest. We learnt that 70-80% of the volunteers showed signs of anti-aging tendencies: the decrease of pulse wave velocity and increase in neurophysiological activity, a significant inversion of correlation between these parameters and solar corpuscular flux (based on data presented by E. V. Sevostyanova, MD, in 2015). In May – June 2015, 2 new types of reflective holograms, made in association with Emah company, were tested in Apsara Welness Center (Novosibirsk, Russia). These holograms contain helioprotective information that was structured in a new, inventive way. The patent to the invention belongs to ISRICA and Holoart, LLC. After going through background checks, 12 volunteers were instructed to put on the heliprotective eyewear, first with hologram 2, then with hologram 1, both created according to ISRICA’s specifications. To assess the changes that occurred in the body while the holographic information was in contact with the subject’s retina, we used VedaPulse device made by Biokvant, LLC in Novosibirsk, Russia. The recording of data was done 3 times: during the background check and after the applications of holograms 1 and 2. The device was used to register the heart action potential in order to later analyze the rhythm variability dynamics. The results of the aforementioned analysis allowed us to assess the degree of damage to human body, the level of stress, capacity for adaptation, the condition of regulation mechanisms and the status of heart rate control centralization– all after being exposed to the holographic devices. By making a note of each participant’s “individual minute” (participants were asked to stop the clock when they thought a minute had passed without counting seconds or looking at the clock) we assessed the subjective time dynamic. The initial analysis indicated that changes occurred in every volunteer after they were exposed to holograms 1 and 2 for 5 minutes each. These changes were registered in specter overall power (SOP) (adaptation reserve energy), stress index (SI) (degree of centralization of heart rate control) and a number of others. It’s safe to conclude that the information modulated by the operator in Kozyrev’s space (after being projected on to retina via a hologram) can affect the “field homeostasis”. It produces a certain reaction in human body, one that manifests itself in an increase of the body’s capability for adaptation. The conclusion. 1. Test has proven the effectiveness of light and water holographic procedures. Currently, the society has formed an acute problem: the feminization of men and masculinization of women. She manifested at all levels: social, psychological and morphological, distorting the principles of formation of multicomponent sex in humans. In the Cosmos are manifestations of the mighty periodicity geocosmic cycles associated with the impact on the human body in prenatal period of development leading space factors (CF): the perturbation of the geomagnetic field, the interplanetary and solar magnetic fields, gravity, solar activity. These conditions of the natural environment affect growth and development in early embryogenesis and postnatal ontogenesis. Generation of great scientists – cosmists of modernity: V. Vernadsky [2], A. L. Chizhevsky [7], N. and. Kozyrev [4], V. P. Kaznacheev, A. V. Trofimov [3], A. A. Yashin [8], B. A. Nikityuk [7], in their research results claim that MAN is COSMOGENY the essence of whose life is closely connected with the rhythms of the Cosmos and of planet Earth and depend on them. Apparently, they can have a transformational impact in utero on the development of components the person's gender in postnatal ontogenesis. The results of many years of research have proven that not only long-term changes in KF on the early stages of prenatal development affect the properties of the organism, but even more short-term variations at different stages of ontogenesis – gametogenesis, fertilization, stages of pregnancy and birth. In the search for the causes of transformation of sex characteristics in modern populations it is necessary to refer to the global, Cosmic level, impacts on living organisms. First and foremost, it concerns the leading space factors (CF) the human environment such as the perturbation of the geomagnetic field, the interplanetary and solar magnetic field, gravity, solar activity. In this regard, it is necessary to address lessons learned from current knowledge about the influence of cosmic factors on the Earth and all Living matter, inhabiting her n this regard, particularly relevant are the results of scientific psychological studies conducted in the early twentieth century (1903) the Austrian doctor Otto Weininger [1]. The author testifies: "Is it not evident that the desire for female emancipation in the world's history appears as it seems, via defined the same intervals? In the tenth century, in the XV and XVI century, and now in the nineteenth and twentieth, by all indications, there were more emancipated women, and the women's movement stronger than in the intermediate epoch. The fact that at certain times more than usual, is born courageous women, requires the addition of on the other hand, i.e. in the same era, are born more feminine men".

Alexander Trofimov has completed his MD (Doctor of Medicine) in 1998 from Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Medical Sciences. During many years he was (until 2010) Chief of laboratory of Helio-climatopathology of Scientific Center of Clinical and Experimental Medicine. From 1994 and now he is the director of International Scientific Research Institute of Cosmic Anthropoecology. He has 7 patents, published 6 monographs and more than 65 papers in reputed journals.

`The ongoing geomagnetic deprivation (weakening of the Earth’s magnetic field induction) increases the risk of deep penetration into the atmosphere and the biosphere secondary solar-galactic corpuscular streams, that can cause genetic mutations with serious evolutionary consequences (R.Shaar et al., 2011, N.Kuznetsova, V.Kuznetsov, 2012). There is need for the urgent development, testing and implementation of a global system of geoecological life-support of humanity as a multi-billion “crew of a spaceship “, entering the zone of cosmoplanetary danger for human health and life. The most important elements of the Global life-support system should be: 1. Creating a global network of Centers of geoecological security (CGS) on all continents. 2. Satellite monitoring of intensity of solar-galactic corpuscular streams with presenting the data in CGE. 3. Providing of CGS with modernized computer programs such as “Helios” (Russian Federation) and the tests to determine the individual-populational heliosensitivity of population of different countries. 4. Production of drinking helioprotective water by technology, developed by scientists of ISRICA (patent № 2342149) on all continents. 5. Production of different food products (vegetables, fruits, honey, milk, etc.) with helioprotective properties on the basis of helioprotective water. 6. Creating a system of geoecological education (training personnel) and enlightenment of population. 7. Organization on the basis of University and other scientific centers laboratories, evaluating the effectiveness of the use of helioprotective drinking water and other food products by population 8. Periodic reporting to international ecological organizations and joint reports at conferences of OMICS GROUP. Humanity, using “aqua diving suits”, that is, the means of geoecological life-support will be able more safely for evolution and existence continue its “flow” in the epoch of such a considerable cosmoplanetary changes.
