Biography
A. K. Srivastava is a young and dynamic researcher working in the field of Atmospheric Sciences. He received his PhD degree from the Department of Physics, Pune University, Pune, India in the year 2008. After that he joined as a Scientist at the Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology (Branch), New Delhi, India. His main research interests are to understand and quantify various aerosol characteristics and their direct and indirect impacts on climate change through measurements and modeling. Recently, he received the prestigious Humboldt Fellowship (under CONNECT follow-up program) for working visit at the Leibniz Institute for Tropospheric Research (TROPOS), Leipzig, Germany during June 2015. He has published more than 50 research papers in refereed International Journals with total Citation >670 (as per Google Scholar).
