Dr. V. Ramaswamy is the Director of the Geophysical Fluid Dynamics Laboratory/ NOAA, located in Princeton (New Jersey), USA. He has published more than 150 peer-reviewed papers, won prestigious awards, and has been a Coordinating Lead Author on the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change Working Group I reports, and has been a Vice-Chair of the Joint Scientific Committee of the World Climate Research Program. Prashant made 100+ publications in peer-reviewed journals and published 04 books with reputed publishing house such as Springer, Taylor and Francis and Elsevier and several book chapters with citation index of 21.

Ganesh Bora received his PhD from Kansas State University, Manhattan, KS, USA and is currently the Interim Director of Bio-Imaging and Sensing Center at North Dakota State University, USA. He is teaching courses on agricultural systems management and researching on mitigation of climate change through precision farming, development of precision planter, energy saving through auto-guidance systems, sensing techniques for variable rate technology, precision ammonia applicator using PWM, mechanical harvesting, UAS in PA, affordable technology. Ganesh is globally well known for his precision agricultural expertise and conducted workshops in Vietnam, Thailand, India and Bangladesh besides teaching every summer in Kazakhstan.

YUEI-AN LIOU received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from National Sun Yat-Sen University, Taiwan, M.S.E. degree in electrical engineering (EE), M.S. degree in atmospheric and space sciences, and double Ph.D. degree in EE and atmospheric, oceanic, and space sciences from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA. He is currently President of Taiwan GIS Center, President of Taiwan Group on Earth Observations, and Distinguished Professor at Center for Space and Remote Sensing Research, National Central University.

His current interests include GPS meteorology and ionosphere, remote sensing of the atmosphere, land surface, and polar ice, and land surface processes modeling. He is Foreign Member, Russian Academy of Engineering Sciences and Member, International Academy of Astronautics. He serves as editor of several prestigious journals and published more than 100 referral papers with H-Index 28.

Nils-Axel Mörner is a geologist & geophysicist, who has worked actively in science for 50 years. He has field experiences from 47 countries. He was the head of Paleogeophysics & Geodynamics at Stockholm University from 1991-2005. He has published more than 500 papers in reputed journals and about 20 books.

A. K. Srivastava is a young and dynamic researcher working in the field of Atmospheric Sciences. He received his PhD degree from the Department of Physics, Pune University, Pune, India in the year 2008. His main research interests are to understand and quantify various aerosol characteristics and their direct and indirect impacts on climate change through measurements and modeling. Zuxin Xu is a professor in College of Environmental Science and Engineering at Tongji University, China and also Vice chairman of Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipal People’s Government. She has completed her Ph.D in the field of Hydrodynamics and river dynamics from Hohai University, China. Her main research interests are integrated catchment management and rehabilitation, urban drainage pollution control, ecological wastewater treatment, hydrodynamics and water quality modelling. She was the director of Shanghai Environmental Protection Bureau from 2003 to 2007. She has published more than 200 papers in peer-reviewed journals and international conferences.

Gennaro D'Amato is Director of the Division of Pneumology and Allergology, Department of Chest Disease, at the High Speciality Hospital" A. Cardarelli in Naples (Italy). In the past 10 years, more than 240 articles are published, about 30 of them are indexed by SCI and 80 are indexed by EI. He is one of the "Hundred Talents" of Changchun Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics. His research on PRS was awarded as the first Award for Natural Science of Beijing in 2012.

Guangxin Zhang, Research Fellow at the Northeast Institute of Geography and Agroecology (NEIGAE), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS); the adjunct professor in CAS and the guest professor in Heilongjiang University. Abel E. Navarro got his Ph.D. degree in Biomolecular Chemistry at New York University. His expertise includes protein chemistry and structure as part of his graduate studies. Now, as a junior faculty at BMCC, Prof. Navarro is developing new bioremediation alternatives for the elimination of pollutants from wastewaters. He has a publication record of more than 25 papers in specialized and peer-reviewed journals and has participated in several conferences. He also serves as reviewer in many journals across the world.
